Tooling and CAM in-house
The tool room, CAD/CAM and laser photo plotting are all inside the plant, so a new part number goes from Gerber to first article without waiting on an outside tool room.
Defects caught here, not on your line
Four automatic optical inspection systems backed by an in-house process control and QC lab. Product and process to IPC-A-600F, IS 2500 and AQL 0.65.
Automation instead of headcount
Auto screen coating and printing, auto punching, auto V-cut, 25 CNC drill-and-route spindles and bit-less optical drilling. Repeatability comes from the machines, not the operators.
Compliance you will not have to explain
100% RoHS. Effluent treatment plant, fume scrubber and spent-etchant recycling with copper recovery.
